At Raw Marketing Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality strategy and consulting services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.
Strategy Consultations
All strategy consultations are non-refundable.

When you book a consultation, you are reserving dedicated time for strategic review and guidance. Because this time is specifically set aside, cancellations or missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Strategy Services
Payments made for strategy services, including but not limited to the Raw Strategy Intensive, are non-refundable once work has begun.
Due to the customized nature of strategic consulting and advisory services, refunds will not be issued after services have commenced.
Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or meeting without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered only in rare or exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Raw Marketing Co.
